The Tribunal holds a first session in Washington, D.C.

Looks like a live session of tribunal members rather than a first session conference call like many others have had.

Do they publish anything regarding this first meeting?

First meeting can not be more than setting an agenda, n'est pas!

Must be more or a confererence call would suffice. Save long distance traveling time for material stuff.
