Thanks for the correction about the principal being subtracted first before the CVR percentage is applied. I left that out. My bad.
Alright, so at the $300 million level, that gives us (the shareholders), $75 million, or $0.1875 a share. At the $500 million level that gives us $177 million or $0.44 cents a share, and at $600 million, that leaves us with $228 million or $0.57 cents a share.
Thanks for the correction, that is a significant difference, especially at the smaller settlements.
Keep in mind, I didn't factor any cash we may have remaining at the arbitartion time for remaining equipment, data that we may have sold, etc.
