"How is the private placement going?"

Answer: "Nothing new. The company's effort and intention is to get the private placement done before December 23.

"Is the company considering bankruptcy if the PP is not done?"

Answer: " I don't believe that the company has considered bankruptcy. The focus is on the private placement".
