Talked to my broker contact today. Nothing has changed. The investment board of the pivotal US hedge fund has not reached a decision yet.

I think it's fair to assume that if they were not interested, they would have rejected it by now.

The most obvious conclusion is they are negotiating for a higher percentage.

My broker contact suggested that may be the case.
