If it were to be reinstated, what could KRY do with half the equipment gone (maybe the rest sold), almost no money, and bankruptcy days away, only MAYBE $120M coming in and 100M going out?

I suspect that most want nothing more to do with Venezuela than MAYBE receive arb.
