Thanks Teutracker - how long will it take for the funds to get to the company once the documents are delivered? I would expect at least a day to get the signed documents turned around and back to the company, then at least one more day for the funds to be put into escrow. If the documents came to tomorrow, my guess is they might be able to close on Thursday, but it will be close.

Do you have independent confirmation of the participation of the large hedge fund(s)?
