From Friday there was a discrepancy between my source and Teutracker's source as to whether or not the PP had closed. His source said yes, mine said no.

I tended to go with Teutracker's source because his information appeared more definitive.

I have just learned that my source was correct.

The lead of the syndicate is Macquarie. They will determine when it closes. Maquarie needs all commitments in writing before the PP officially closes.

It should be noted that our sources were with the other syndicate members.
