B,
I am trying to keep it simple. GRZ market cap 170 million divided by 365 million KRY shares equals .46 cents. That means I am not taking into consideration our net claim. If I was to do that then I would say our adjusted claim would be 3 billion and let's say we settle for 50% of that (1.5 billion). Subtract 100 million for debt owed and then shareholders keep 60% of the net which would be $840 million divided by 365 million shares would be about $2.30 per share.
Your question was what is share price if financing is done and my guess would be .46 cents based on what investors are valuing GRZ at today. Why would we be valued less than GRZ if our claim is almost twice theirs and we are following their arbitration path?
