At this point, this is a high risk play for an unknown reward because the PP terms are guarded. The longer without a PR/update, the lower sp goes. The Market will determine sp after the PP closes, and there is no guarantee that newly financed debt to replace old debt will be liked by the Market.

If you must add to your position, suggest that you have a solid plan that you do not deviate from. Set your bid, never buy on the ask. Scale in. Once position finaled, set tight stop. Control risk.

PS... Those having shares dumped in their lap at a nickel are very few and far between because not all that many shares actually moved at a nickel. "Everybody" got shares at a nickel.
