I'm not suggesting one, I've been in several of those and haven't received enough back for the time it took to file all the paperwork.

There are thousands of people who bought into the story of Fung and La Ka Shings, through the Mad Money pumps, etc. Some of these people have the wherewithal to pursue whatever action they deem necessary. Personally I won't have the money to participate in much of anything.
