Color me pessimistic. The new investors hold ALL the trumps. Without them there is no chance even to complete the arbitration case. The stockholders are a source of sizeable wealth: our part of an arbitration settlement. The new investors can up the ante for their take--to 100%, and it looks to me that's what they're doing. Business is business. The bottom line is everything.
Almost 5 million shares so far today have been traded. No one selling is making a nickel from their buy-in price. This is panic selling. If the news was good, the SP would be skyrocketing, but it is hardly doing that.
For a Christmas present to myself, I'll write off my KRY investment as a tax loss and go on to other things.
