NB,

The final short form prospectus from 2004 that you describe does say Dec 30, 2011.

But the first trust indenture between Crystallex and CIBC Mellon as trustee says Dec 23, 2011.

So, I'm assuming its the 23rd.

Shouldn't the company know when their notes are due? lol.
