The rest of the document if anyone is interested is mostly exhibits showing financial statements, letters from CVG, our legal team for arbitration,the contract cancellation, etc.

So, to sum up this document................the affidavit was approved, hence why we got the order for CCAA today.

If I'm reading this document correctly, and the lead investor in the private placment financing is true to their word and are serious about investing, the CCAA sets the stage for the private placement to go through eventually. The terms of which indicate that the notes will bear simple interest at 20% per annum and a CVR at 49%. our sources on this forum were getting the correct information, just not ALL the information.

I can live with that.

So, lets get it done already, and focus on getting Venezuela and Hugo to give us our money.
