by the time this company exit CCAA there will be little cash, an Arb case or settlement with no guarantee of anything and there will be no 'we' just a privatized company with a claim owned by debt holders who will most likely retain key management that can enhance the outcome of Arb, company has what 10 mil and owes 100 mil plus, where is the current shareholders equity, what will the bondholder want with existing sharesholders, they will be the new owners, have you look at the balance sheet, there will be nothing left for us when this is done imo. future awards or decision will not count for much
