I would agree except for the letters from VZ that are part of the affidavit. Given that Hugo talks crap non stop like Rml being the partner of choice and their now in line negotiating why would we abandon our right to mine and file arbitration when we had official documents saying we were fully complaint.

Hindsight is great but given the option of mining 20 million ounces plus of gold or settling for an award claim I would think as shareholder we would be better off mining gold.

Each person should decide on their own the time table and if staying was to their benefit. Selling way back when would have made us lots of money or shorting the stock looks like a no brainier. How many of us jumped on Apple stock when it fell from $200 to less than $100 in 2009. It is sitting at $400 now.

It is easy to look back. To say we ignored the political risk isn't totally true. I think most of us knew about Hugo and VZ. I doubt any of us would have stayed in Kry without or MOC. I didn't ignore the risk, I decided I had the MOC to fall back on if things didn't pan out.

I will say I didn't account for the bondholders trying to screw us well before the notes were due. I didn't account for the bondholders contacting VZ to say they would be in charge soon so VZ could continue to stall.

If bondholders were interested in getting a deal for everyone that would be one thing but it is clear they simply want to screw the shareholders over.
