Stroot you are right in my opinion.

For any of the board here who haven't read the Dec. 23rd affidavit by Bob Fung I think they would be well advised to do so. Pages 174 to 180 or Tab 10 explain how the noteholders have tried to steal the arbitration claim from the shareholders.

Under the section The Need for CCAA Protection point 81 explains that VZ authorities have been contacted by someone other than Kry management saying they would soon be in a position to have discussions with VZ.

I let my speculation and conspiracy theories loose and venture to guess these other parties are the current noteholders. If true then Kry has been fighting not only VZ but the greed of the noteholders.

More supposition on my part wonders if these noteholders haven't already been in contact with certain VZ authorities with promises of cash to help the noteholders gain control of our claim. How do we know that the only keeping Kry from reaching a settlement with VZ is interference by the noteholders with promises of a smaller pay out out by VZ and a kick back?

The correspondence between council for certain noteholders and council for Kry makes it pretty clear to me that the noteholders were doing everything possible to put Kry into bankruptcy for their own gain of the arbitration claim. There are gambling there $100 million and interest that they can get a much larger profit from the arbitration award.

If anyone doesn't think these things happen have a look at our old friend Manuel Asensio and how he went after Kry back in 1998.

For anyone to suggest there is nothing going on by anyone behind the scenes to prevent Kry from succeeding with a settlement or award should read the affidavait and see if they still believe their is no one trying to steal our award.
