I disagree with your opinion we should have filed in 2008. While things haven't worked out like we wanted I believe RF followed the proper and best legal route to ensure if we ended up in arbitration we would be in a good position to win.

You are correct that we could have filed and tried to negotiate after filing but I don't see how this would have benefited us in court by showing we did everything possible to mine the property.

If our goal was to take VZ to court for breach filing in 2008 would have speed up the process but I believe left us in a weaker position showing we are indeed greedy Gringos who only care about money and the stock market.

If our goal was to actually mine LC we followed the correct path.
