Thanks. Reading through it. A couple of points for now.

*One ?, as someone stated earlier, stated investment in the U.S. filings is $400m, not $500m as stated in the Canadian filings.....Why????

*DIP financing has a minimum of $30m requirement per U.S. filings, Canadian filings I did not see a dollar amount.
