Now that there is a Canadian stay in place until 1/21......

Could we get another CCAA continuation thru the Memorial filing in Febuary?

And then another out till the end of 2013?

Do we do or must we do a financing deal before 1/21?

Im not a wiz but expect to see plenty of new money out there for financing by mid January. 49%? that sounds expensive now.

The press has not been as bad as usual I think that recent reporting has put us in a better place, can't we make a better deal now for funding?
