If you are referring to what their doing as being legal yea the bar is pretty low nowadays. While our indignation is justified it doesn't mean squat in the legal system.

I don't have to like it but I am open minded enough to understand their are companies out there that prey on companies like Kry. The big question will be is Fung able to use the same system that so far has favored us to get the DIP and PP done, pay off the old noteholders so they don't get more than they deserve and restore Kry to a position where shareholders can get something out of this.
