It is what it is..........These QVT guys are trying to make money and have to appear to be defending their clients best interest. Their methood is cutthroat, but just because their best interest is 180 degrees opposite to our best interest does not mean they are evil or doing something personally to us.

Knowing what we know about Venezuela (there is a wealth of insight into this area at this board) and if I , you , we, anyone has 120M to invest in this venture what interest or terms would we be demanding? What is a fair return on this gamble at this juncture?

I'm glad that the judge seems to be acting fairly and to some point actually it looks like he is acting in the shareholders best interest to this point. After all, we are insolvent but we still carry on into the next chapter of the saga.
