At this point, does it really matter what anyone's opinion is? There can not even be an educated guess on ANY of this anymore. It could take more than 5 years. It could settle in five months. Lost profits could be included. Lost profits will not be included. If there is an award, it will not be more than 500 mil. If there is an award, it will be 5 bil. The bondholders have a good chance of wiping out shareholders. The bondholders don't have a chance of wiping out shareholders. I understand that the forum is to post almost anything, however, with all due respect, some of the continuing, strong outcome opinions just seem silly at this point in time.
