Message: if the PP investor deal actually went thru

stroot/joe, i disagree with icsid being anything like a trial in court. icsid has set a "hearing" for kry in Nov 2013'...heres what vannessa's schedule has been so far..thier first "hearing" on jurisdiction was in 08'...thier last hearing (and guessing by the "statement of costs" order this should actually be thier LAST hearing) happened in OCT this year....so far, no decision but i think they are very close.
