I don't think the arbitration process will go beyond the end of 2014. IMHO

The new Icsid cases have been running about 3 years to award. This would take us to the beginning of 2014. The actual hearing is set for Nov. 2013.

The other reason is once the financing is put in place and the old note holders are dispatched with Kry will able to negotiate with VZ and other interested parties in a settlement without someone telling VZ that they will soon be in control of Kry.
