The bonus was for the great job he did in 2011. I don't wish to give the man a BONUS for keeping us on life support. Let the man do his job...and THEN ...IF SUCCESSFUL ...give him a bonus. The only person benefitting from "keeping us in the game" are the employees without shares who continue to get a very generous paycheck. 150G isn't nothing. Its a disgrace.
