JackX2, everything you noted that Fung did was a failure in the end and don't qualify for any kind of bonus AT ALL, your passionate defence of Fung and his bonus seem a little strange given that he place the company in CCAA soon after, I'm surprised not many are too upset by this, you are new to the board, what's your story, Fung's CEO days are done imo,
