Gold Reserve Inc. announces listing on the TSX Venture Exchange

SPOKANE, WA, Jan. 30, 2012 /CNW/ - Gold Reserve Inc. (TSX: GRZ)
(NYSE-Amex: GRZ) (the "Company") announced today that trading of its
common shares will move from the Toronto Stock Exchange to the TSX
Venture Exchange - Tier 2 beginning February 1, 2012. The symbol will
be GRZ.V.
