Seahawk, I think we are waiting for word.

It is my understanding that the delay of the deadline to submit bids would back everything up about the same length of time. I had hoped we would have seen something by yesterday.

When CRYXF filied in the US for the hearing to be on March 2nd from the original date of Feb. 21 it moved the date 8 business days. In keeping with this time frame I would guess CCAA hearing for approval will be Feb. 24. This would put the successful bidder time frame around Feb. 16th or 17th.
