Agreed that it is highly unlikely under the company's current status.
However, the 13G "date of event" is Dec 31, 2011, a Saturday and the last day of Q4. Might imply it was done on that day when the Market is closed and under CCAA. Or, possibly, anytime during the previous quarter before CCAA, which was the basis for my comment.
Typically a 13G is filed shortly after the date of event, although disclosure can be legitimately held off until Q reports are due, as has been done.
The 13G filing delay may be a question, and why the 13F-HR shows no CRYXF shares is another.
That is the problem with inconsistent filings. Raises suspicions, as it should.
