And, the number of shares involved would mean they were buying a significant portion in Q4.

"They" are filing under the Greywolf umbrella. The tell is in Box 2, and in Box 12.

Also, note there is no par value given. May have been payment by CRYXF as shares.

Most likely this is full disclosure in preparation for possible future pp financing.
