Until the 13F filing from Feb 13 (which shows no CRYXF holdings) is updated to confirm that Greywolf actually has a CRYXF equity position, it really is only rumor.

Fairly Straightforward and Obvious. Greywolf filings concerning CRYXF are inconsistent. When filings are inconsistent, it is a red flag, something is going on, and stockholders tend to not benefit.
