I've been following Capriles' campaign. He seems to be a smart guy. He's a former tax lawyer. That tells me he's leaps and bounds ahead of Chavez in terms of business and finance sense and ability. He's likely the guy that can start to turn around VZ's horrible financial condition. He realizes that VZ is not an island and, like most nations, depends on the world economy and foreign investment and trade.
