Based on Judge Newboulds order on the 25th of january, the targeted date for court approved deadline was the 15th of February.

Given that the bid deadline was extended from Feb 1st to Feb 6th, those extra 5 days, factoring the weekend & added holiday monday, should put us at a targeted court decision date of today or tommorrow.

Given the uptick in volume and price the last hour or so, maybe the answer is already known. Keep an eye on the E&Y documents.
