Looks like there were enough bids to come up with a winner and second place. I guess it is a matter of time now to find out what the cost is and if the judge approves it.

Can't see the US not backing the CCAA judge. I wonder what happens to the noteholders if Crystallex get what they want with a 35 million loan. Do they now have to sit and wait like everyone else without getting their hands on part of the settlement.

Would be fitting for them to lose out on a safe 40% of the award by going after all shareholders wanting it all.
