China doing an end around and cutting a deal directly with Venezuela? Thought it was interesting that there was significant trading volume, seemingly coinciding, when news hit Friday.

This news (links below) does seem to be just about everywhere... Well, except for the CITIC main web site and mining subsidery sub-page web site. Which would seem kinda odd. But, pretty much follows how disclosure has always been with this play.
