Agreed that this definitely makes for a positive resolution, way down the road and several years from now, possibly even more with collection of any award.

Depends on the "we" among investors, or as the company puts it, "stakeholders." If you are meaning the DIP and PP providers, Yes, they will definitely be sitting fat and happy.

The 49% + 49% = 26% formula, is still in play for commons at this point.

This all seems to have been well planned out. And, for quite a while.
