DIP bidders should be lined up. Add to the mix a Canadian Judge who "gets it." Add to the mix a possible quick out based on the CITIC deal. Add to the mix the possiblity that Hugo may no longer be in charge. Add to the mix a very strong ICSID case where KRY filed its brief on the merits Feb. 10. All this point UP, imho.
