I believe this is the beginning of the end for Chavez......there will be no second guessing, there can be no more pretending that Chavez has beaten this....when you hear 'lymph nodes', and 'matastisizing', and 'more complicated than'......well, he is very near the end.

If the CITIC talks become more than just 'signed an agreement', and VZ gets 500mil. who does the work at the mine? Is CITIC just an investor/part owner, or are they going to be developing the mine on their own?

I have to say, for a pie in the sky fanatasy conclusion, I really like Jimmijazz's vision....oh, to have some money to buy in now....oh, right, I did have, several times in the past, after scraping and scratching around....but this time is differnt......ya, it was then too......but really, this IS different
