I don't know for sure about MM signals, but there have always been rumors about MM's signaling each other using bid amounts concerning to move sp, need shares, etc. Conspiracy theories abound.

The final trade of the day, strangely, had GMP Securities on the Bid.

Wouldn't make anything of it though.
