I think that Venezuela is now to imbedded with the Chinese to change course with what Hugo has created. That train has left the station. A new government will have to honor those commitments that involved billions of Chinese investment. If anything the new government will appease us with a settlement everyone will hate including Venezuela. That is what a good settlement does.
