Yep. Last Monday, RM told me the dates for the CCAA and US court hearings were scheduled for this week (today and Friday, respectively). When asked this morning if the hearings were still scheduled for this week, RM responded this afternoon with the following: ___________________________________________________ "Materials (pre-motions, affidavits and the Monitor's Report) should be posted on the E&Y Court Monitor website in advance of the Hearing. I'm waiting to be advised of the date for the CCAA Hearing to approve the proposed DIP funding package. There are a lot of groups and interests involved in the process and Hearing and scheduling can be difficult. I understand the Docs, once posted on the E&Y site, should have insight investors are seeking."
