Not too surprising, not only is it Crystallex but now there are lots of attorneys and conflicting schedules involved. RM explains it like this:

"I spoke to Bob Crombie and he thought it would be a few more days and Docs should appear on the E&Y site. He said the attorneys went to Court today to set the calendar for the selected DIP funding Court date (was dependant on Judge's availability and the Service List Reps availability."
