osmo i understand where you are coming from, am in the same boat. Fact is i had to go back to work.

Here is where i am coming form. there is no news good or bad it is what it is. Its my believe that they will get the financing and we will win in arbiration. Also if and its more (when ) Hugo kicks the bucket, this may have a good chance things will get much better for business in vz. May or may not help us. I still contend that at these prices the risk reward is huge.

We will be dealing with the rule of law rather then some socalist maxist that knows shit about how to run a country ( for ) the people. There is so much natural wealth in that country that if things where run right there would be no poverty in that country. Instead you have poverty, debt and crime.
