Today's rally was stopped by several possible realities:

1. KRY announced a commitment letter about the concluded DIP auction and nothing more. No terms of the DIP financing were announced and that makes investors weary. More wait and see.

2. We don't know if the previous bond holders will challenge this proposed DIP financing deal in court.

3. We don't know if the courts will approve this proposed DIP financing deal.

4. Although this DIP financing should give KRY enough money to get through arbitration it's just more debt piled on the $100+ million already owed. Even with a moderate settlement from Ven it's still unknown how much might trickle down the retail shareholder.

5. The outcome of any arbitration (especially with Ven) is unknown.

6. Even IF KRY is awarded money it could take years, or until the twelfth of never, to get paid by Ven.

7. For some stinking reason "good" news from KRY never seems to really turn out to actually be good for the common investor.
