I would actually like the compensation package in place if it had just a few more checks and balances. I would prefer 5% maximum. The compensation committee has the discretion on how much of the bonus pool to disperse. It could be all or none of the pool, depending on circumstances. I am sure that if there was a good settlement or award it will end up being ALL of it. If it is ALL of it, then the I believe that we were scammed. I wish that there was a committee independent of Crystallex that would determine the bonus structure. 10% seems to be quite a large sum to have discretion with!
