10% for me is too much if there is any salary accompanying the plan. If nobody receives a salary and are willing to work for the 10% if and when successful then I'm all for it.
The part I hate is the way they have used their knowledge as leverage to get the 10% but suggesting they may leave without the 10% leaving us in a weaker position in arbitration. These guys have collected a salary all the while driving us into the pink sheets. Fung took a bonus just before filing for CCAA protection.
Except for RM there is very little management skin in the game.
If we shareholders don't end up with a $1.00 minimum then management should be embarrassed to take any money. I still own $5 shares.
