Thanks, hondobud, for posting the FAX to Judge Neubold.

Our Canadian Judges are appointed (very carefully, and responsibly) not elected, and they deserve our respect.

We shareholders can each shoulder some responsibility by FAXing the Judge to inform him of some of the inequities to which our "trusted" Robert Fung has exposed us, in the past.

I ask all bull-board members to re-read jackjack's post. I hope it inspires you as it has inspired me to do a FAX to Judge Neubold.

P.S. Rather than shareholders submitting to blackmail, can KRY Management be subpoened to testify?
