Finally caught up on all of the posts. Lots of concern over what management "gets."

Management "gets" less than a third of what Tenor gets. All Tenor is doing is lending money. Tenor gets interest on the money, so why is significant equity - to the tune of 35% - justified. Yet, "management gettin' 10%," is the subject of a ton o' posts.

To be clear. IMO. Management taking award at shareholder's expense is wrong.

However...

Folks are distracted by what management gets, rather than notice their equity erosion.

On another planet, as far as agreeing, or not, with EZ...
According to the, "Handbook of Learning to Get Along With EZ," (3rd edition) it unequivocally states to never-ever agree with EZ. Although, Page 37, Sec. 2, Para 7, shows that to avoid actually agreeing with EZ, it is Ok to use the phrase, "You have a point." Handbook warns that even this much credit might go to EZ's head, so "be aware" (Handbook's words, not mine. Although might have plagiarized it a time or three - dozen).
