I agree with EZ. Who cares what management gets as long as shareholders get a reasonable settlement? The only one to blame here is Hugo and his dangling carrot strategy, as all the other nationalized foreign corporations have discovered. Hindsight and blame is futile and pointless, so is a change in management. I still think the upside here is highly questionable since there is not many shares trading. If this was a sure thing, Fung, the directors and their entourage would be buying in at the current SP. Considering how little skin our directors have had at risk, the shares have been dead money for a long time, even after it was announced that the Chinese were interested in getting involved. I should have clued in at that point.
