Has anyone considered the possibility that the judge does listen to the sharehoders and reduces the compensation package? The DIP funder is the one requesting this compensation package as a condition of them lending the money. Scenario.....judge lowers the package to a maximim of 3%. The DIP funder says no and walks. We are done!
